ResumeShortlisted is a fully digital service. There is no physical shipping. All products — your resume PDF, AI features, and session links — are delivered electronically and instantly.
1. Digital Delivery Only
We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Every purchase is a digital product delivered online through your browser and, where applicable, by email. No shipping address, courier, or delivery charge is ever involved.
2. What You Receive
- Resume PDF — generated and downloaded directly in your browser immediately after a successful payment.
- AI credits — applied to your resume instantly, unlocking AI-powered features.
- Session (edit) link — an optional link, emailed to you on request, that lets you return to edit your resume within its validity window.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery is instant. Your download begins as soon as your payment is confirmed by Razorpay — typically within a few seconds. If you requested an edit link by email, it is sent immediately after checkout.
4. If Delivery Fails
If your payment succeeds but your resume does not download, or your edit-link email does not arrive within a few minutes, please:
- Check your spam or promotions folder for the email.
- Ensure your browser allows the download to complete without interruption.
- Contact us within 24 hours with your payment reference so we can re-deliver your resume or issue a refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
